UNICEF estimates that only 15% of children in MMalawi go on to secondary education.
A lot of children in Malawi are orphaned. 4.5% of children in secondary education have lost both parents, and 10% have lost one (MALAWI EDUCATION STATISTICS REPORT 2021).
